Each sprint duration usually 2 weeks, but it flexible depend on Scrum Master. In duration of sprint, everyday should have scrum to give updates and to know what other do.
Sprint planning have 3 type of meeting:
- Sprint Planning Meeting (This meeting is held at the beginning of the sprint and to start the sprint)
- Sprint Retrospective (This meeting is held before sprint review)
- Sprint Review (This meeting is held at the end of the sprint and to end the sprint)
And Special Release Sprint are special sprint to prepare product that will appointed to production level. Not like ordinary sprint, this sprint are to prepare things that have relation with production, like application package, preparation environment, adjustment database, etc.
