Sprint Retrospective Meeting are held in the end of the Sprint, but not very end, let's say we have Sprint close at Friday 5PM, this Sprint Retrospective should be held at Friday at 1PM. Just like it's definition, Retrospective means looking back on or dealing with past events or situations. On Sprint Retrospective Meeting, we need to looking back at our sprint and review it.

Who is attending at this meeting?
Scrum Master and Development Team.

How much time we need to spend to this meeting?
Usually, for 2 weeks Sprint, this meeting is held for 30 - 60 minutes.

What are we talking about in this meeting?
We have 4 subject to be talk about, every person in this meeting should think and send 4 point to Scrum Master and Scrum Master will compile it on 1 file and raise it on this meeting.
The 4 point to be discuss is:
  1. What went well?
  2. What can be improved?
  3. What did we learned?
  4. What still puzzled us?
And the most fun in this meeting is we can vent in this meeting.

Steps:
  1. In the end of the Sprint, the team will send 4 point on "What are we talking about in this meeting?" to Scrum Master
  2. Scrum Master are compiling the data sent from the team
  3. Scrum Master start the meeting and start the discussion about 4 point
  4. Done
