Eat Less Won't Make U Hungrier

Hi, I'm just know that if we eat less, it won't make us hungrier, I have tried it and it really happen.
If you are in diet session right now, it's a good thing if you read this story.

2 week ago, because of work, I just eat half of my regular proportion, breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the weird thing happening, I didn't feel hungry even if i just eat half of my regular proportion, I just feel hungry if eat late from the schedule. And on one time, my girlfriend ask me if I'm full with that proportion, because my regular proportion is 2 times than what I eat.

After that, I'm going home because of holiday (I live and work on other city), I eat much, because of the food that my mom give to my family, and there is many snack that I can eat every time. I realize this shift of proportion food and I am little worried, because when I eat more food, I feel more hungry. I eat every time and I hungry every time. Not as 2 week ago while I eat just half of my regular proportion.
